Four friends and I co-founded REACH Diagnostics to compete in the Hult Prize, a social entrepreneurship competition for undergraduate and masters students around the globe.
REACH was focused on distributing inexpensive diabetes pre-screening diagnostics and providing ongoing management and care for the chronic condition to urban slum dwellers in India.
REACH was selected as one of the top 6 teams out of 11,000+ applicants globally to attend an 8-week accelerator program in Boston and we pitched to former president Bill Clinton, Nobel laureate Muhammad Yunu, and other esteemed social enterprise experts. Video below.
REACH screened over 4,500 individuals and impacted over 90,000 citizens in India through diagnosis, treatment, and awareness campaigns.
